By installing and using Trace, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please uninstall the app.
Trace is a mobile app that helps you remember and celebrate the year you met the people who matter to you. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it stable but cannot guarantee zero bugs.
You own your data. The app stores it on your device. We don't have access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The "Unlimited Pack" is a one-time purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Once activated, the unlock is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device you own.
Right of withdrawal: under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the purchase of digital content supplied immediately upon purchase (with your express prior consent and your acknowledged waiver of the right of withdrawal) makes it impossible to withdraw once the content has been delivered. Any refund is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective policies.
Don't use Trace to harm others. In particular, don't add people to the app without considering whether they'd want to be there (the app is for your private use; nothing is shared without your explicit action).
Trace, its name, logo and design are owned by JIXTER. The card templates and visual assets are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share cards generated by the app, but not to redistribute the templates themselves.
JIXTER cannot be held liable for any loss of data, missed friendversaries, or hurt feelings resulting from forgotten cards. Set a backup reminder in your calendar for the friendships that matter most.
You may stop using Trace at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app at any time, in which case existing purchases remain usable on the platform until the OS no longer runs the app.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Paris, France.
